With over 10 years of accounting, audit, and internal controls experience, I have supported a diverse group of companies, including banks, asset managers, and investment companies, through external/internal audits, internal control design/effectiveness assessments, accounting, regulatory reporting, and process improvement/change management challenges. Prior to joining American Express, I was a Senior Manager in the Internal Audit & Financial Advisory practice at Protiviti, a Global Business Consulting firm, and I began my career as an Audit Associate at KPMG in New York City. I am graduated from the University at Albany Massry School of Business with Master\'s Degree in forensic accounting and a Bachelor\'s Degree in accounting. I am a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of New York and certified in agile project management as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
