I’m a Senior Product Manager who loves solving messy problems, building things that work, and making life a little easier for the people who use our products. My background’s a mix of SaaS, healthcare, and compliance tech — and before that, I spent years in customer service, sales, and operations. That early experience taught me how to listen, empathize, and stay grounded in the real-world needs of users.Most recently at ComplianceMetrix (CMX1), I helped shape a global platform used in 160+ countries — everything from audits to inspections to corrective actions. I worked across teams to bring new features to life, from early discovery and wireframes to release planning and user adoption. I also had the chance to collaborate on a next-gen platform, which let me dive deeper into platform design, AI content tools, and long-term product vision.What motivates me is building things that feel thoughtful — where the tech disappears and the user just gets stuff done. I enjoy working with engineers, designers, and stakeholders who challenge assumptions, stay curious, and care about getting it right.
