Work across growth clusters including construction, advanced manufacturing, digital and technology, health and life sciences, green economy and professional services to align employer demand with training provision.Act as a convening lead between employers, sector bodies, training providers and national partners, influencing funding frameworks and ensuring West Yorkshire priorities are reflected in evolving government policy. Provide strategic advice, policy briefings and decision-making reports to senior leaders and elected members, strengthening the link between economic development and workforce strategy.
