ABOUT MATTHEW TURNBULL
Matthew started his career as a Town Planner in Bedford in 2011, before moving back to Leeds in 2013. He then gained chartered MRTPI status in late-2013. Matthew spent several years working for Turley and Peacock + Smith, planning consultancies based in Leeds, before joining Keyland in January 2021. Matthew is responsible for managing the range of expert consultants that make up our successful project teams in preparing Local Plan representations and planning applications for the many sites within Keyland’s portfolio. Matthew is also responsible for searching for new site opportunities through the business’ PPA initiative. Outside of work, Matthew enjoys playing golf, watching football (the mighty Leeds United) and spending time with his family.
