Matthew is a forward-thinking leader with over 10 years of experience managing and supervising teams and projects. He is a self-starter, hard worker, problem solver, and critical thinker who holds himself and his team accountable. Matthew helps bring out the best in everyone he works with by empowering their strengths, improving their weaknesses, setting high expectations, and making sure all goals and deadlines are met, if not exceeded.Matthew J. Schumacher is also a photographer who primarily focuses on documenting the art of sport and live music. He has photographed many different sports including but not limited to Football, Baseball, Basketball, Hockey, Soccer, Surfing and Swimming. He has also photographed all levels of athletic talent ranging from youth to professionals at the highest level. Matthew has also photographed many bands including but not limited to Lucky Boys Confusion, Knuckle Puck, Turnspit, Crooked Teeth, and Being As An Ocean. His passion for capturing the art of sport as well as live music goes back to when he was a kid, hanging sports magazine covers on his wall along with posters of the different bands he loved listening to. Over the years Matthew\'s passion has only grown more and more each day to get better at his craft and continue to bring love and passion into the work that he does for his clients. Matthew\'s work has been featured in the Academy of Art University\'s publications and media along with being a finalist in Photography Forum Magazine\'s \"Best of Photography 2013\" contest. He has also done work for Chicago based bands and has had his work featured on multiple albums and other media publications. In 2016 Matthew also had a photography project crowdfunded on Kickstarter called \"Clark & Addison\" which was a coffee table photography book based on Wrigley Field.
