About Matthew Little
As a Plant Accountant at the Hershey Company, I’ve seen firsthand how a global company like Hershey leverages its people and processes to make quality product. Here, my core competencies in financial analysis, communication, and teamwork are put to daily use: managing inventory, supporting financial reporting, and contributing to the execution of the Reese Chocolate Processing Plant’s success. Being able to help stand up an organization has been an incredibly informative experience, and has let me wear lots of hats. Through my time with MVC, I’ve been able to conduct data analysis, lead marketing and engagement efforts, manage deal flow and due diligence processes, and much more. My goal is to continue to grow and improve both myself and the organizations I work at, leveraging my financial background and analytical skills to support our collective success.
