   Matt currently provides leadership, architectural design, and project delivery expertise for a variety of Life Science projects including CAR-T Immunotherapy, Inhaled Medicinal Therapeutics, Pharmaceutical GMP Manufacturing & Packaging, Biotechnology, Warehousing, and Hazardous Chemical Storage-Lead Architect for a $250M, multi-phase SF facility, providing inhaled medicinal therapeutics. Project scope includes commercial manufacturing, GMP warehousing, QC/Analytical Laboratories, R&D, pilot manufacturing, office/admin, and building support areas. Responsible for Process Architecture and project delivery, leading a team of 20+ consultants-Lead Architect for a $200M multi-phase, multi-building SF expansion of a CAR-T Cell Therapy Manufacturing Facility, providing a cure for Multiple Myeloma (cancer of the bone marrow). The project scope effectively quadrupled the scale of an existing facility\'s daily process throughput capacity, encompassing GMP manufacturing and warehousing areas, admin / support spaces, and MEP/FP systems upgrades. Responsible for oversight of a team of 30+ internal and 30+ external consultants, executing Concept Design through Construction Administration simultaneously across a number of phases / buildings, including the development & implementation of design documentation standards for all IPS disciplines for the entire Scope of Work-Regularly interfacing with Clients to build relationships and translate project requirements into highly-complex multi-disciplinary Architectural & Engineering design solutions in built form-Recently completed the IPS Future Leaders Development Program, a 12-month internal program \"offering training and internal networking for top performers, facilitating their development into the next generation of leadership.\"
