I have enjoyed 30 years in the Retail industry growing from a truck unloader to a District Manager. My passion is working with customers, helping them solve their wants and needs as well as helping associates grow into the career that they have envisioned. I take passion in leading my team in the way that they want and need to be led, customizing my approach to what is most effective with each individual. I have led teams of up to 2,500 people and 16 stores to ensure customer service levels are excellent, merchandising standards are top notch and sales and profit goals are achieved. I am currently seeking a new company to grow with and am excited to embrace new challenges.
