I am the Founder and CEO of Hugg Consulting & Development LLC, a company that helps founders and owners of micro to mid-market businesses launch, scale, and exit through our obsessive value creation process. We help them build great cultures, develop disruptive products, cultivate new markets, launch great ideas and create transition plans that set them up for a great exit. For over a two decades, I have leveraged my expertise in new business development, strategic leadership, and communication to assist and advise founders, executives, and boards on various aspects of value creation in the areas of strategic master planning, MVP development, market channel development, founder exit planning strategy, and more. As an exited founder, and current entrepreneur, I have participated in successful M&A deals, raised capital, and helped build brands that attracted premium multiples at acquisition. I am passionate about creating value and believe that value creation and exit planning are simply good business strategy. I believe that with perseverance, a hunger to learn and a safe, collaborative team you can do just about anything. I love my wife, my family, and the work I do with founders and owners to tune up their businesses and empower them with option the never knew they had. I am also the Founder and CEO of Axiom Equipment Intelligence, LLC, a HAAS/SAAS software and hardware development company that specializes in consulting, data analysis, and technology adoption and integration for clients who need tech solutions to monitor processes, log data, modify workflows, improve workforce behaviors, and increase business performance at scale. For the past 10 years I have led our teams to develop and deliver multiple innovative and customized products and services that have helped our clients achieve goals and optimize outcomes.
