I am a supply chain and logistics consultant and a co-founder and partner at BoxLogic, a management consultancy offering independent, specialist supply chain and logistics advice.I am passionate about helping our clients build a capable, efficient and scalable supply chain through the utilisation of my specialist skills in:• DC design & warehouse automation• Logistics network transformation & optimisation• Equipment and LSP tendering• Capacity planning and operational improvementsPrior to consulting I built the foundations of my career in the third-party logistics, retail and life sciences sectors. As a trainee of the Unipart graduate programme, I still adopt lean principles and enjoy reviewing and improving process. My time at Elekta gave me the opportunity to enact change across a whole supply chain and gave me the taste for projects.Total Logistics gave me my first taste of consultancy, delivering projects across a range of clients from different sectors. After Accenture acquired Total Logistics, I spent three years supporting a UK retailer’s transition to an automated warehouse solution; from design through to implementation.After a six month break to travel across South America and Africa, fulfilling my ambition of experiencing the very best of wildlife and summiting Mount Kilimanjaro I returned to join BoxLogic.
