With over 20 years of experience in supply chain management, I have a proven track record of delivering innovative and cost-effective solutions that optimize efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.My core competencies include process design, mechanical engineering, application engineering, sales engineering, and project management. I have been involved in the turnkey design and implementation of more than 50 distribution centers and engineering projects with capital expenses ranging from to $56 million. I have also been a guest speaker at the Choosing Transportation Summit, where I shared my insights and best practices on fulfillment center design for e-commerce, retail, wholesale, automotive, and food/beverage sectors.
