I love this quote from Picasso because it perfectly summarizes my belief that anything is possible if you work hard enough, have the necessary knowledge, and use the right tools. I use this philosophy to inspire my work and fuel the new movement toward corporate environmental and social responsibility. I am an energy industry expert who combines technical and business acumen with program/project management to direct the design, build, and launch of solutions that provide key insights into and drive better management of energy resources and requirements. Essentially, I want to help companies use technology to develop programs that are both environmentally and operationally beneficial. For example, if large companies did simple things such as improving building insulation or automating thermostats and lights they would use significantly less energy while generating measurable savings. And when you combine the ever-expanding capabilities of technology with the desire to create a smaller corporate footprint, the possibilities are both endless and exciting for both environmentalists and capitalists.To drive projects such as this, I draw on a diverse skill set to bridge the gap between decision-makers and software engineers and ensure the delivered product or project is technically superior while meeting all business needs.
