   Lead the Budget and Procurement/Purchasing teams for the City of Aspen. Budget responsibility, planning, and financial oversight for all city operating and capital spending activities, averaging ~$200 million annually. Manage Human Capital Planning (HCM) and budgeted FTE position control for the city. Develop the five- and ten-year long-range plans and capital forecast models for all city funds. Oversee all financial reporting and presentation materials for city staff, leadership, City Council and the public. Provide expert financial training and support during the annual budget process, coordinating with multiple units across the city consisting of 30+ departments and individual funds. Successful implementation and rollout to city staff of ClearGov digital budget book and capital planning tools. Achieved GFOA Distinguished Budget Presentation Award for 2023, 2024, and 2025 fiscal years.
