Matthew R. Grabell, Esq. has been practicing employment law for over 27 years, primarily representing employees in claims of wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment and retaliation. In 2007, he decided to “switch teams,” opening up the plaintiff’s “playbook” to corporations in order to provide them with the legal weapons necessary to avoid major employee lawsuits. He is a frequent lecturer divulging the areas most commonly and easily attacked by attorneys representing employees in such litigation.
