About Matthew Gallousis

I am currently a student at the Kelley School of Business and I am majoring in Finance. I have proficient skills in leadership, teamwork, problem solving, and critical thinking. Something unique that I provide is that I have expert creativity skills and will use these skills to solve problems. The community organization that I co-founded called Helping Muscles taught me leadership skills, teamwork and problem solving. In addition, being the vice president at my high school\'s business club, DECA taught me how to apply these skills I learned to the business world and to case competitions. Another experience that taught me the hard working values I have today is my Elmsford Little League Grounds Crew position. This job taught me how to work a 9-5 job, gave me hands on work experience, and pushed me to use my critical thinking skills.
