Coordinate the entire clubhouse food and beverage operations with the Dietitians and Management at BayCare Ballpark and Carpenter Complex.• Coordinate the day-to-day clubhouse food and beverage operations with vendors and caterers, including serving times, headcounts, menus, and snack distribution.• Ensure adequate clubhouse food and beverage staffing levels and coordinate with third-party staffing when necessary.• Procure and store all clubhouse dry goods for both BayCare Ballpark and Carpenter Complex.• Maintain an adequate inventory of snacks, beverages, and nutritional items.• Assist in the accounting processes which includes cost of goods analysis, record keeping and review/approval of all associated invoices.• Act as a liaison between the chef (or caterers) and the Player Development Dietitians.• Implement management\'s ideas and concepts to enhance operations.• Coordinate all services at BayCare Ballpark and Carpenter Complex player and baseball staff clubhouse areas.• Maintain clean and safe clubhouse dining areas.
