My education emphasized the importance of education and youth development, coupled with a deep exploration of learning processes and human cognition.Applying these principles, I have gained practical experience working in various community agencies and school districts. Recently, I completed my Master\'s in Education degree from Southern New Hampshire University. In my current role as a campus support professional, I assist teachers and staff members by providing professional development, compliance monitoring, and curriculum implementation support, ensuring students receive high-quality, comprehensive instruction.Grounded in a leadership philosophy centered on continuous improvement, I am confident in my ability to lead teams towards positive outcomes. With experience in youth development both domestically and abroad, my passion for changing lives knows no bounds.I firmly believe that a mind focused on constant improvement allows a heart for change to be boundless.

I work closely with internal departments, postsecondary partners, and community stakeholders to strengthen systems, improve program effectiveness, and increase student attainment of CCMR outcomes across high-priority areas.
