Our high-touch concierge care coordination and cardiac rehabilitation services empower patients to take charge of their health.At Duke Capital, we are committed to empowering innovation in the social determinants of health sector. Our focus on the Social Innovation Impact (SI2) Ecosystem allows us to invest in startups that are working to address social issues related to health.
