About Matthew Delbrocco

I graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a BS/MS in 2012/2013 (respectively), and I have been working as a software engineer since then. This has mostly been full-stack web development work on a variety of projects for different clients. I\'ve had many great opportunities to work with other talented, intelligent individuals and learn from them. I\'ve also had some opportunities to lead projects over the years - these experiences have been particularly rewarding, and I\'m thankful to have learned much through the process. Looking forward to continuing!I value not only getting the job done, but doing it right. Sure, there are tradeoffs, but I believe that the initial time investment it takes is worth it. Consider pros/cons of possible solutions, try things out, change course if needed, and write clean code (consider those that will follow you and may have to update your code!). I like thinking and solving problems more than simply \"going through the motions\" to complete a task. Every new challenge is a new learning opportunity, whether you\'re a veteran with decades of experience or fresh out of school. That\'s what excites me about this field!
