ABOUT MATTHEW CYPHER
In July 2012, I joined the faculty at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business as the director of the Real Estate Finance Initiative (since April 2015, the Steers Center for Global Real Estate) and as a professor of the practice in real estate finance at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. In my quest to develop students into industry-grade professionals, I have developed a teaching curriculum focused on applied learning; helping students develop relationships with key influencers in the private sector; and creating forums for industry leaders to discuss changing global trends in real estate.
