Management Analysis and Development (MAD) is a nationally recognized fee-for-service management consulting group providing custom-designed services to public service clients.As a Senior Management Consultant, I help government leaders make sense of complex organizational challenges and design pathways to more effective management practices.My work often centers on supporting leaders and teams as they navigate organizational adaptation—whether that means assessing the effectiveness of an existing structure, clarifying decision-making authority, or aligning leadership practices with long-term strategic goals. I use qualitative research, facilitation, and systems thinking to help agencies examine how they’re currently operating and imagine more intentional, sustainable ways of working.Projects I lead often involve organizational assessment, leadership consultation, and the design of strategies that support stronger collaboration, accountability, and cross-functional performance. I especially enjoy work that invites reflection on what it means to lead well in public service—and identifying how internal systems and culture can either support or constrain that leadership.
