In 2020, Cordio co-founded the Wisconsin Startup Coalition the advocacy voice of Wisconsin\'s startup founders. From 20••••21, Cordio founded and led Startup Milwaukee and Startup Wisconsin Week grassroots initiatives focused on connecting entrepreneurs to the resources needed to scale their businesses in Wisconsin. Cordio currently serves on the Board of Directors of MedServe and Wisconsin Startup Coalition, and, in the past has been a member of the board of The Milwaukee Tech Hub, Marquette University\'s SRB program and ProHealth Care\'s Innovation Council.
