SNAPSHOT:I was promoted to lead program management oversight of multi-billion dollar portfolio of Civil Works programs and projects. SELECTED HIGHLIGHTS: Engaged in all steps of budget development, defense and execution in support of budget requests and proposed legislation to ensure timeliness, quality, accuracy, and completeness of fact sheets, issue papers, justification sheets, etc, coordinate resolution of Assistant Secretary of the Army for Civil Works [ASA(CW)] and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) comments, and provide guidance and direction to project teams in the field. Management of funding requests, Congressional reprogramming actions, and agreements, including Processing, receipt, tracking, developing and closure of appropriation legislation actions, as well as preparation of guidance, analyses, and data for reports and information requests from leadership in Congress, OMB, ASA(CW), and Headquarters, Corps of Engineers. Preparing senior management (Senior Executive Service, general officer, political appointees) for project and issue briefs, budget briefings, and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
