Directing operations of twelve retail dispensary locations in Colorado and Oregon and two production/post-production facilities with gross revenues of $23M for 2023. Was promoted to this current role from Director of Retail in 2019. Since transitioning into this role, revenue has grown 84% and same store sales grew 45%. Key achievements during my tenure have been acquiring and opening new licensed stores, expanding the retail network from 3 locations. As well as the relocation and buildout of two post-production facilities, and the renovation of our flagship store to double its capacity.Working with the Board of Directors to transition the company’s retail locations into one cohesive chain of dispensaries that deliver the same experience to consumers. Create plans and budgets for managing projects. Implement policies and procedures to improve employee performance and communication with upper management. Built analysis tools and reports to enhance understanding of the business’s performance and trends. Revamp the product management in the ERP, point of sale, website, and accounting systems to better track invoicing, overbuying and underbuying, and margin/profits.
