   As an Enterprise Architect, I champion strategic technology investments and drive the modernization of our agency’s IT division to consistently deliver strong business outcomes. I own the technology strategy, architecture, and long-term roadmap. To guide and communicate our goals effectively, I provide guidance in the development of legislative appropriations and policy bills.I am a founding member of the HHS Hyperautomation Center of Excellence. This initiative fosters innovation and operational efficiency by designing and delivering Proofs of Concept for a wide range of use cases. I build applications to automate project governance, workflows, document generation, and AI-driven form processing. I also mentor new architects and train both professional developers and business users to create and maintain their own solutions. I partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions and work with business, legal, and procurement teams to support vendor assessments and procurement strategies.
