Initiate, plan, execute, control, and close SDLC projects within the Public Administration sector • Review, monitor, and management of contracts and projects via Salesforce and FinancialForce • Assemble the project team, delegate project responsibilities • Identify appropriate resources needed • Develop project schedules to ensure timely completion • Act as the client’s single point of contact during project implementation • Handle multiple small to large government agency projects along with add-on projects within Finance and HR departments • Handle coordination of third-party vendors • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget • Collaborate with other members of the Professional Services team as well as other departments, including Engineering, Development, Sales, Support, and Product Management • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation • Create, track, and monitor issues/risks and escalations • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
