Advocacy and Leadership- Advocate for program needs within the institution- Collaborate with other departments to foster interdisciplinary opportunities- Contribute to institutional committees or initiatives to advance the university\'s mission.8. Administrative Responsibilities- Oversee course scheduling, classroom assignments, and workload distribution- Respond to administrative requests, such as faculty contracts, audits, or student appeals.
