I joined Weightmans in 2004 and became a partner in 2013. My principle work is on landlord and tenant matters but I also advise on property acquisitions and disposals with a specialism in negotiating overage and claw back provisions. My clients in the private sector comprise Transport and Logistics companies which compliments my work in the Leisure and Retail sector. I have a particular expertise in the delivery of contracts and projects and ensuring the firm’s Key Performance Indicators are met through bespoke IT solutions. I also head up the Weightmans \'Propertyview\' product
