I am an ambitious problem-solver and an accomplished data-driven analyst with a strong foundation in quantitative finance, data analytics, and operational strategy coupled with elite academic qualifications. As Director of Refereeing at the Beaumont Soccer Association, I implemented automated systems to assess referee performance and game dynamics, enhancing referee assignments and streamlining payroll. In my work as a Data Analyst at Alberta Health Services, I quantified supply-demand impacts and identified process efficiencies in CT & MRI scan wait times. My work included developing an interactive dashboard to visualize wait-time dynamics regionally and provincially, culminating in a successful presentation of these insights to stakeholders.I hold a Bachelor of Commerce in Honors Finance from the University of Alberta, where I completed the Trading, Risk Analytics, and Digital Finance program with First Class Honors, focusing on real-world business challenges utilizing advanced analytics and machine learning to identify and seize opportunities. My projects include a High-Frequency Trading model using Fluid Time Variables and a Quantitative Trading Strategy on Soybean price relative to FOREX risk.My technical expertise spans the realm of data wrangling, analytics, and visualization, and my abilities in R, R Shiny, Golem, Python, Docker, SQL, Git, and others all serve my ultimate commitment to achieving impactful data-driven results.
