As a Project Director within Government Skills, I drive strategic direction and oversee the end-to-end delivery of the digital platform infrastructure that will provide civil servants access to an enhanced learning curriculum and a single view of learning that is available across the Civil Service.A core enabler of the Civil Service’s Future Skills Model, the project will intelligently signpost users to the most relevant learning within the curriculum based on their role, current skills, and career aspirations. I lead executive stakeholder engagement to align the programme with organisational priorities and to secure seamless integrations with HR systems and existing cross-government learning platforms, delivering one authoritative source of workforce skills data for the Civil Service.My remit includes delivery leadership of a multi-disciplinary project team, senior stakeholder management, technical and data readiness, project governance and implementation of change readiness activities across core Civil Service departments and their agencies. Key focus areas are project planning, governance, multi-departmental change implementation, solution design and technical readiness, risk management, benefits realisation, and data integrity.
