I’m Chief Operating Officer at Climb Global Solutions, where I help scale a high growth, partner first distribution business across EMEA, balancing pace, operational rigour, and long term partner value.I’m enthusiastic and driven to get the right results for everyone involved, with a strong focus on enabling colleagues to deliver outstanding customer and partner experiences through operational excellence. I believe high performance and a creative, fun culture are not mutually exclusive — the best outcomes come when teams are empowered, trusted, and aligned around a clear mission.Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with Microsoft and the partner ecosystem, supporting cloud led growth, go to market execution, and partner commercialisation. That experience continues to shape how I approach growth today: strong ecosystem alignment, clear routes to market, and making it easier for partners to build sustainable, profitable businesses.At Climb, we operate at the intersection of emerging technology, cloud, and partners. With an increasing volume of software entering the market, partners don’t need more noise — they need clarity, confidence, and execution support. Our role is to match market need with vendors solutions and services. In my role, I focus on:• Scaling Climb’s operations to support continued growth across EMEA• Supporting and integrating strategic acquisitions that expand regional reach and specialist capability• Expanding our cloud distribution and marketplace model, aligned to the Microsoft ecosystem• Enabling partners through marketplace, support and services I’m motivated by building teams and platforms that move quickly, stay close to partners, and turn innovation into real commercial outcomes.
