Sales - I develop company wide sales budgets in conjunction with other senior leadership members, create a high level selling strategy, and work with our Territory Managers to help them create a sales plan for their market. I give guidance to our Inside Sales Team on how the can help support our Territory Managers and work best with our customers.Marketing - develop marketing strategies focused on reaching our direct customers and indirect customers. Ensure coordination across all channels in communicating the value we provide as a wholesale distributor in the agricultural fence building and animal management industries. Revamped our company website to become the a major resource for our customer. Develop and create buying shows/windows in key seasons. Purchasing - responsible for inventory buying decisions. I review our our warehouse inventory levels regularly, reviewing the unsold quantity on hand for all items. My focus is to balance inventory turns, eliminate back ordered items for customers, while ensuring we improve our margins by buying in bulk quantities. Use our ERP to create purchasing forecasts to share with manufacturers and with other senior leadership.
