ABOUT MATTHEW WHITFIELD

I\'m a passionate Business Psychologist and Executive Coach with a diverse background in coaching, recruitment, and developing talent. My academic foundation comes from an MSc at Kingston Business School, where I honed my expertise in recruitment psychometrics. My research interests led to a publication on Stress and Performance at Work, which sparked my interest in practical applications of psychology in the workplace.I\'ve gained valuable experience working with a range of organisations, including LHH, Norman Broadbent, The Stress Management Society and AirPlus International. My roles spanned research, customer success, psychometric assessment and Learning & Development with previous experience in focus on executive search recruitment, where I leverage psychometrics for both recruitment and development of senior and C-suite leaders and the designing and delivery of assessment/development centres for all levels within organisations.Beyond consulting, I\'ve enjoyed sharing my knowledge by guest lecturing at the University of West London for several years. My lectures covered topics like Psychometric Assessments, Psychology in Practice, Wellbeing at Work, and Recruitment Practices.I\'m always interested in connecting with professionals who share my passion for harnessing the power of psychology to optimise business performance and individual well-being.
