ABOUT MATTHEW WESCHLER
Matt Weschler has 11 years of civil engineering experience collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups to design and implement land development projects throughout the Carolina Region. He has extensive public-private partnership experience, managing projects as small as a 3-acre community park funded through private donations to a 500-acre multi-use master-planned community, the largest real estate investment in the City of Charlotte\'s history. Matt\'s passion is in building GIS tools to predict the impacts of development and planning decisions at a neighborhood and regional scale. While managing a team of engineers and subconsultants, he is completing the Masters in Geography program at UNCC with a focus on Urban Analysis and Planning.
