Customer service is a top priority! I have spent most of my career making sure customers are completely satisfied with the service they receive; while still running a profitable business. Instead of providing service face to face I now ensure service is met in a different way. That includes making sure vehicles are properly cleaned and maintained to help ensure a pleasant experience at the counter with our rental agents. I also coordinate all of the driver moves for the Tri-Cities area. These can be from branch to branch or moving vehicles in and out of the shop as needed. I get updates on vehicles in the shop and help relay information to our vehicle operations department. This helps ensure are vehicles get worked on in a timely manner so the vehicles are not sitting any longer than they have to. While this is on a different side of customer service these responsibilities are crucial to providing our employees with what they need to feel set up for success! When employees feel setup for success they have no problem delivering excellent service.
