Over my time at Ark, I’ve led a full-scale modernization of our sales and marketing operations. I rebuilt and rebranded our corporate website with SEO strategies focused on target services, launched our content creation program to drive organic traffic, and produced educational articles, videos, video series, and case studies to support inbound growth. I also implemented a company-wide transition to Salesforce, developing workflows and best practices for both sales and operations, implementing those into our Salesforce Org while serving as the system administrator. Along the way I’ve managed our social media presence, created marketing collateral, researched and presented technology solutions, and launch new company divisions to expand our service offerings.
