About Matthew Welch
I am a sales professional with over 20 years of sales and marketing experience. Currently I work within the Real Estate industry after creating my own company in 2014. I work with clients in Los Angeles and Orange Counties with a special focus on the cities of Long Beach, Lakewood, Seal Beach, Cypress and Los Alamitos. Real Estate expertise paired with my extensive knowledge of the sales cycle provides my clients with an experience that is second to none. Previous to this I was in various roles in Sales Management for a Fortune 500 company from Vice President of Sales and Marketing to Sales Team Manager. I always succeeded and landed at the top of every sales chart. People management and creative sales strategy were my strengths. During the great recession, my division was sold and any top level management were laid off to strengthen the bottom dollar.that was to include me. At that time, new employment was difficult so I created my own company and have been very successful but miss that energy and growth a larger company can provide. In my personal time, I enjoy food and wine with a special interest in cooking, fine dining and great evenings with friends.
