Served as primary escalation point of contact for all fiber optic and power delivery issues between DISH, vendor and internal Crown Castle contacts• Lead weekly customer meetings to address any urgent or problematic issues, and lead efforts to resolve any issue that was identified during call with a 1 week SLA for resolution• Worked daily in PMT, Consilience, and Nexys One• Member of UC Team that led weekly calls with Vendors to make sure all revenue generating deliverables were acceptable and actualized within forecasted dates• Collaborated weekly with DISH National Team to identify and resolve any issue that could possibly impact or influence entire DISH program• Worked with 3rd party power companies and fiber carriers to design and deliver services that fell outside normal scope of work• Audited and processed upwards of 1400 power applications in a 6month period making sure all information was accurate to Crown Castle standards and within customer scope• Managed relationships with 3rd party vendors to make sure deliverables were on time, and accurate• Primary POC in DISH NorthEast Region for fiber related issues. • Ensured carrier designed fiber routes fell within boundaries dictated in property easement, and worked with Crown Real Estate, Crown Legal, Crown Project Managers, Landlord and Vendors to resolve any easement issues• Ensured Senior District Manager and lead Project Managers in multiple markets and customers were aware of issues that would impact project completion or cost• Generated discrepancy reports between Crown and DISH systems to account for any missing deliverables and updated vendor forecast dates in PMT to help meet program goals set by SDM• Escalated design issues with appropriate internal Crown Castle resources, 3rd party vendors and other relevant 3rd parties to make sure power and fiber were delivered on time and within budget
