ABOUT MATTHEW WEBB
As the Director of Music at Belmont UMC, I lead a team of talented musicians in creating meaningful and impactful worship experiences. With over 15 years of experience in music education and ministry, I have developed a passion for fostering a sense of community and belonging among diverse groups of people. I also serve as a member of the National Board of Directors at More Light Presbyterians, where I advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion within religious communities, focusing on creating safe spaces for LGBTQIA+ individuals and promoting neurodiversity and support for individuals with disabilities.
