Global security and operations executive with over 19 years of experience building, scaling, and leading security, safety, and risk management programs across multinational environments. My career spans enterprise financial services, international non-profit operations, and complex global missions, with a consistent focus on protecting people, enabling operations, and strengthening organizational resilience.Currently, I serve as an Executive Director in Global Security at JPMorgan Chase, where I played a foundational role in standing up an industry-leading, consumer-focused security program and now lead physical security and incident response across more than 900 consumer locations. I partner closely with Cybersecurity, Risk, Legal, and Controls to integrate physical and digital threat management and ensure continuity through disruption.Previously, I built and professionalized global security operations for an international nonprofit operating across five continents, developing travel risk, crisis response, and workforce protection capabilities that proved critical during the COVID-19 pandemic. Earlier in my career, I led high-risk, multi-region operations in Naval Special Warfare, gaining deep experience in crisis decision-making, stakeholder coordination, and leadership under pressure.I am at my best leading complex, ambiguous initiatives from concept to execution — aligning strategy, governance, and people to deliver durable security outcomes at scale.
