I have represented lenders, investors and financiers for over 30 years in all types of transactions, ranging from large syndicated credits to project financings, asset securitizations, working capital loans, subordinated, mezzanine and first lien/second lien debt deals, and equipment financings. I have chaired the California State Bar UCC Committee and the Los Angeles County Bar Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section, the IP Financing Subcommittee of the American Bar Association, and I have been a member of the ABA Task Force of the Model Intercreditor Agreement, the Equipment Leasing and Financing Association Legal Committee and the United Association of Equipment Lessors Lawyers Committee.I have co-authored several works on commercial finance and currently am co-editor of Business Workouts Manual published by Thomson West.
