Review and confirm cases with relevant planning staff for Zoning Advisory Commission, Zoning Board of Adjustment, Long Range Planning Advisory Commission, and Historic Preservation Commission- Prepare draft Board/Commission agendas for review by relevant planning staff-Prepare and present staff reports for Zoning Board of Adjustment- Conduct property research for Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) and other historic preservation review activities- Assist relevant planning staff in preparation of meeting packets- Assist in preparation of minutes for Zoning Advisory Commission and Historic Preservation Commission- Submit notices of public hearings to local media for publication- Analyze and prepare quarterly reporting for Zoning Enforcement Officer- Gather data and develop maps for Department\'s budget presentation to City Council- Notify the public of meeting agendas through text, email, and calendar postings using CivicPlus Platform - Prepare and Archive property casefiles both electronically in Laserfiche and physical folders - Prepare vicinity and notification maps for applicant properties- Prepare neighborhood mailing lists for surrounding and or adjacent properties- Set agenda and help facilitate Planning Services Department\'s Planning Review Team monthly meeting- Answer and respond to phone calls from the public in a courteous and timely manner- Update the City\'s zoning layer using ArcGIS Pro/ArcMap once rezonings are approved by Zoning Advisory Commission and City Council. Also, attach relevant documentation and ordinances zoning features in ArcGIS Pro/ArcMap- Update the City\'s Pre-Annexation Agreements shapefile with ArcGIS Pro- Prepare Zoning Enforcement Officer\'s quarterly reporting- Assist the Planning Services department, other City departments, and outside organizations with GIS mapping/analyses for long-range planning and grant writing
