I have managed a widely diverse array of projects for both government and private-sector clients simultaneously; handling every stage, from idea and formation through completion. I have built and sustained many great relationships, and worked one-on-one with nearly every client.I have faced a lot of challenges and made some tough decisions, each of which helped me become a better manager of projects, people and operations. I’ve learned how to anticipate and prepare for “the next step” and how it affects the project as a whole, focus on immediate needs without losing sight of end goals, and keep my eyes open for new opportunities. I work to involve all stakeholders and team members in each process, I find the most vital input is often not offered up easily. It helps that I am always listening, even when nothing is being said.
