With over twenty five years of experience in managing technicians, installations, and repairs in the telecommunications industry, I am a passionate and skilled leader who strives to deliver the best customer experience and product quality. I have a strong background in telecommunications systems, wireless networking, and networking, and am always eager to learn and innovate. My current position is the Manager I FiOptics Installation & Repair at altafiber, where I oversee all aspects of the residential copper and fiber networks, from equipment and provisioning to training and documentation. It’s an honor to be part of a team that values collaboration, diversity, and excellence, and that works together to solve problems and improve processes.In my current role, I have been involved in launching and managing various projects, products, and initiatives, such as Amino video, TiVo, XGS, Calix rogue, and FDH. I\'ve also handled all strategic and VIP clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. My coordination throughout the different departments, partners, and stakeholders to facilitate communication and alignment. Additionally, I have also mentored and trained my peers and technicians on proper policies and procedures, and provided them with feedback and support. My ability to maintain and update the SharePoint business sites and the Key Performance Indicators for my team and technicians. Last, but not least, my complete focus, demonstrating my ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and adapt to changing situations, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety is one of my greatest attributes.
