I am an experienced chemistry leader and scientific mentor. My passion and excitement for chemistry is continually fueled by new discoveries and insights that I know will positively affect the patients who we serve. The mission of the pharmaceutical industry to improve human health and blunt the negative consequences of disease in a noble endeavor that continues to inspire my scientific philosophy. My passion is building inclusive, high-performing teams that nurture scientists and help them grow the skills they need to meet the challenges 21st Century drug discovery and development. I have interests in organic synthesis, drug-discovery / medicinal chemistry, synthetic methodologies, in silico design and chemo-informatics.
