I am very hard working and goal oriented. I put my all in to everything I do and I am very passionate about my career and wouldn\'t choose anything else. I am currently assigned as a sergeant/supervisor over my departments Street Crimes Unit. We are tasked with investigating and targeting high crimes areas and to work with the community to make them safer. We ensure that the county and surrounding jurisdictions are safer through strategic and targeted enforcement actions. I lead a team of highly motivated and proactive officers. I am current a member of our crisis negotiation team and have been for approximately 5 years. This gives me the ability to work effectively communicate and resolve high stress situations more safely and effectively.
