Run a team involved in making engineers\' lives streamlined. Designing and documenting the engineering process for testing, designing, calibrating, and validating function and control of cells in a pack/vehicle. Incorporate large data into Ford\'s design and quality process for battery cells entering electrified vehicles. Creating simplified tools for our internal team and external teams to use to help aid in the design process related to cell integration. Bridge the gap within Ford to learn better methods and tools to support our cell team, and other teams for better knowledge sharing.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
