Currently working as a Senior Project Manager for Volker Rail within the SRE and greater SID alliance. I’m responsible for the development of the Track workbank, including S&C, PL and Drainage works, with any other associated works such as ETE and signalling. Key Responsibilities include-Planning safe, efficient methodology for all projects in the workbank-Initial costing forecasts for all worksWorking within the alliance to find the most efficient workbank for all parties to deliver their works-Managing risk register for each project to ensure a plan is in place to safely deliver all works and reducing the risk to all projects to a respectable level-Highlighting efficiency potentials such as bringing other works forward which can be complete with other nearby works-Working with design engineers to ensure the scope management doesn’t exceed the budgetary needs and the proposed project is deliverable in the time allocated to it-Deconflicting and managing other works parties, to ensure a safe/manageable delivery for all parties.
