I am a Partner within the family law team at Maddox Legal. I have practised as a family law solicitor for nearly 12 years and I assist clients with a wide variety of family related matters including divorce, matrimonial finances, cohabitee disputes and children act claims (such as contact disputes and residence issues). I also have experience at dealing with injunctions and matters arising from domestic violence.\\\\n\\\\nI am a member of Resolution (https://resolution.org.uk/) and a Resolution accredited specialist solicitor (https://resolution.org.uk/professional-development/specialist-accreditation/) in the areas of medium to high net worth financial cases and private law children matters.\\\\n\\\\nFor every client, my aim is to support them through to a successful conclusion in their matter. Often this will mean assisting them to reach an agreement with their spouse or ex-partner away from Court but, where necessary, I can assist by helping them with pursuing matters through the Court process instead.\\\\n\\\\nMy firm, Maddox Legal, is a law firm based in London, specialising in dispute resolution and commercial litigation services for business owners, directors, shareholders and private individuals. Our experienced litigation solicitors can provide specialist advice on legal matters concerning employment law, family law, insolvency and commercial legal advice and litigation.\\\\n\\\\nWhilst my firm is based in London, I work from home in Buckinghamshire much of the time and act for many clients based across Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.
