I’m a seasoned financial professional, CPA, leader and strategist. I’m expert in financial analysis and reporting, business forecasting, restructuring, cashflow management and financial M&A due diligence. Early in my career I realized the true value of Accounting/Finance goes beyond financial statements, Excel workbooks and PowerPoint presentations. Instead, as a Finance leader I am in a unique position to work collaboratively to solve not only financial problems, but also operational, cultural and strategic concerns across an organization. I’ve worn many hats in my career: accountant, consultant, manager, operator, marketer and strategist. I’ve seen companies big and small, public and private, viable and distressed. As a result, I have a unique perspective on how to provide financial and strategic solutions. Professionally and personally, I am guided by three principles:(1) “To whom much is given, much is expected in return”,(2) “One that beareth a torch shadoweth oneself to give light to others” and (3) “Love your neighbor as yourself”. • I think beyond just the financial answers to understand how decisions impact the organization. • I am a passionate leader who believes in challenging and empowering others. • I am a mentor as much as I am a manager. • I thrive on the interactions with others. • I am not about the credit.
